Rotating filter for wine and lees

The rotating filter removes the larger elements with good speed. It is commonly used to filter the lees of white wines. We use several types of earth (diatomaceous earth, clay) that will act as a filter (a very thick filter better, but unless the flow is fast). These lands are gradually filled particles and must be constantly renewed, this is what you see on the pictures:
