Organic cultivation of the vine
Very close to our environment, our vineyard is in organic farming (control by ECOCERT). Very attentive care for every step of the rhythm of the vine. The vineyards are plowed and cultivated. No fertilizer, no chemicals. Yields are controlled. Thus, we remove some clusters, if necessary, during the green harvest to ensure quality grapes. The grapes from each plot are brought to full maturity and carefully selected.Ten hectares (on the 17) are harvested by hand in boxes.
Production and grape variety
The farm has a human scale to provide all necessary care to organic farming : 17 ha, 700 hl products with 70,000 bottles ; 50% white grapes: sauvignon, chardonnay, chenin and 50% red varietals: Malbec (côt), Cabernet Franc, Gamay, Pineau d'Aunis.
Traditional vinification with natural yeast
The wine makings are traditional in thermoregulated vats. According grapes and wines, the fermentation takes place in separate tanks. It occurs naturally, without adding yeast, temperature-controlled. The aging lasts 6 to 18 months in vats and barrels..
Our wines
We produce reds, whites, pinks and Crémant de Loire. The wines of Domaine symbolize the generosity of our terroir. They are the fruit of a conviction and a know-how applied and mastered from vine to the bottle. They come in four ranges : « Plaisir », « Séduction », « Exception » et « Incontournable ».
